Vertex Audit Company was established by Mr. Mahdi Ameen (CPA) in 2014 as Individual Audit and Advisory Firm in Taiz based on the license number 1277 with a clear vision: to deliver exceptional audit and assurance services that exceed client expectations. From our humble beginnings, we have grown into a respected firm known for our integrity, expertise, and commitment to excellence.

تأسست شركة فيرتكس للتدقيق على يد السيد مهدي أمين (محاسب قانوني معتمد) عام ٢٠١٤ كشركة تدقيق واستشارات فردية في تعز بموجب الترخيص رقم ١٢٧٧، برؤية واضحة: تقديم خدمات تدقيق وتأكيد استثنائية تتجاوز توقعات العملاء. ومنذ بداياتنا المتواضعة، تطورنا لنصبح شركة مرموقة معروفة بنزاهتها وخبرتها والتزامنا بالتميز.

In 2018, we marked our first major expansion by opening a second office in Sana'a and diversifying our service offerings. In 2022 we marked our second major expansion by opening a third office in Aden. This growth allowed us to provide specialized advisory services that addressed the evolving needs of our clients in an increasingly complex business environment.

في عام ٢٠١٨، شهدنا أول توسع كبير لنا بافتتاح مكتب ثانٍ في صنعاء وتنويع خدماتنا. وفي عام ٢٠٢٢، شهدنا توسعًا كبيرًا آخر بافتتاح مكتب ثالث في عدن. وقد مكّننا هذا النمو من تقديم خدمات استشارية متخصصة تلبي الاحتياجات المتغيرة لعملائنا في بيئة أعمال تزداد تعقيدًا.

The year 2023 marked our digital transformation journey. We implemented advanced digital audit technologies that significantly enhanced both the efficiency and accuracy of our services. This technological edge positioned us as industry innovators capable of handling complex audits with greater precision.

شهد عام ٢٠٢٣ انطلاق رحلتنا نحو التحول الرقمي. حيث قمنا بتطبيق تقنيات تدقيق رقمية متطورة عززت بشكل كبير كفاءة ودقة خدماتنا. وقد رسّخت هذه الميزة التكنولوجية مكانتنا كرواد في هذا المجال، قادرين على التعامل مع عمليات التدقيق المعقدة بدقة متناهية.

In 2026 we have been transformed from Individual Audit Firm into Partnership Company, we have also planned to obtained international membership with rebuttable International Affiliation / Association. We are expecting obtaining the membership within the few coming months.

في عام ٢٠٢٦، تحوّلنا من شركة تدقيق فردية إلى شركة تضامن، ونسعى للحصول على عضوية دولية من خلال انتساب دولي معترف به. نتوقع الحصول على هذه العضوية خلال الأشهر القليلة القادمة.

Today, as we celebrate 12 years of excellence, Vertex Audit continues to evolve and grow. Our team of dedicated professionals brings diverse expertise and unwavering commitment to every engagement.
